Description
Aqara Hub M2 is your
control center for a whole smart home. It can easily connect via ZigBee
protocol even if your home network is unstable or disconnected. Up to 32
Aqara smart accessories can be connected to the hub.
Use the Home app to control the hub and connected accessories. Aqara
accessories can also be combined with other HomeKit-enabled accessories to give
you a smart home. iOS 10.3 or later is recommended to control this
HomeKit-enabled accessory. To automatically control these HomeKit-enabled
accessories from home, an Apple TV running tvOS 10.2 or later, or an iPad
running iOS 10.3 or later, or a Home Pod set up as a Home Hub is required.
Security.
HomeKit technology provides advanced security with end-to-end encryption and
authentication. Data related to your home is encrypted and stored in your Apple
device's keychain. It's also encrypted during transmission between your Apple
device and the accessories you control at home.
Siri voice control.
You can control Aqara accessories with Siri on your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch
or HomePod. Just tell Siri, "I'm home." Then the lights come on, the
curtains close, and a cozy home awaits you.
App Control.
With the Aqara Home app (iOS or Android), you
can control your home anytime, from virtually anywhere.
Technologically advanced.
Aqara Hub uses a body-shell design and NXP
i.MX6 CPU, 256MB DRAM, 256MB flash and an MFi chip. It has two integrated
antennas. Using the FR-4 PCB with a large-area vented base creates
front-to-back airflow, increasing heat dissipation and ensuring the hub's
reliability over time.
